On that insect-filled night, a shabby-looking man staggered through the alleys, clutching a brown bottle of liquor in one hand. His appearance was utterly miserable. His beard and hair had grown so wildly that it was nearly impossible to recognize his face beneath them. Perhaps it was because he had such a small presence… or perhaps because he was once too well-known. Someone who recognized him stepped aside, muttering irritably. “Tch, at it again.
