If he really gritted his teeth and put his entire being into a throw, maybe around 128 km/h. To be blunt, that's the kind of speed you see from middle school pitchers these days. It wasn't like his breaking balls were good either. He had a lot of different pitches. Curveball, slider, changeup, cutter, and even a knuckleball sometimes. But the power behind each of his pitches wasn't great, so they'd often end up as batting practice fodder if he wasn't careful. His control was decent, at least, but no one really valued that.
